What's your tartan wish? With the advent of tartan design tools, this ancient pattern has undergone a modern revival. People now have the ability to design tartans for special causes, commemorations, animal tributes or conservation awareness, personal name or remembrance tartans, fictional characters, fashion, or just as an expression of art. Though many of these designs are limited to virtual representations only rather than being embodied in fabric, it's fun to imagine a tartan design with colours and geometry that represent one's favorite things or flights of fancy.
