Yoga Day
Yoga in a kilt? It's a thing.
The term "yoga" in the Western world often denotes a modern form of Hatha yoga, yoga as exercise, consisting largely of the postures called asanas.

Classic asana poses include: downward dog, half lotus, bound angle, two-legged Kaudinya, one-legged headstand, reverse triangle, wide stance forward bend, supported headstand, reclining hero, wide-angle seated forward bend, upwards bow, extended side angle, and inverted staff.

New and innovative poses are developed all the time and may or may not be suitable for kilt wearers going regimental. They include:

-
Super Soldier
-
Knee to Ear Pose
-
Embryo Pose
-
Yogi Staff Pose
-
The Exorcist
